At A. Gallo Colors, we take pride in the artisanal quality of our handmade paints and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original condition and include a copy of your receipt or the RMA form to ensure your return is processed correctly.
Ship the Item
Send your package via a tracked shipping service to the return address provided by our team; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
